On page one of this report, it states that the Trustee is reserving $84,074.02 for the <br /> Division of Minerals and Geology. Please give the reasons why this money is being reserved by <br /> the Trustee rather than being distributed to the Division. Under Mid-Continent Resources' <br /> liquidation plan,the trustee is required to distribute this money. The Plan only allows him to <br /> withhold distributions to avoid expenses associated with insubstantial distributions. The sum <br /> involved here is not insubstantial. Please let me know as soon as possible when the Trustee will <br /> distribute this money to the Division, or provide the reasons and authority for reserving the <br /> money.
