Hi Marcia — I updated AVS with the revised information, and ran a check in AVS. No violations, and everything in AVS is
now accurate. With the necessary correction you noticed (Newman start date), I would recommend approval of the
ownership and control information provided by WFC. Report is attached.

We have received a response to the adequacy issues for MR -83. When you have a chance, please review WFC's
corrections to the issues raised in the AVS check. (The revised pages are probably with Sandy.)
I notice that the cover letter gives Rick Newman's start date as 01/27/10. 1 believe they intended to give a date of
01/27/12.
Please let me know if you find any additional errors that need to be fixed.
