The decision date for RN -3 was March 30, 2012. We have missed this deadline waiting for
the T &,E report, however the decision date needs to formally be extended so there is time for
the review. Would you like to have the decision date extended?

We finally obtained the T & E survey for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. This should be the last item required to get the Bowie No.
2 Mine permit renewal finalized. Please review the permit renewal file to determine if you need a revision from Bowie to
incorporate the various page and map revisions. The following map an page revisions were transmitted to the DRMS by
my letter dated December 2, 2011.
