GG <br />Rocky Ford, CO 81067 <br />Re: Rough Cut Pit, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M- 2001 -033, Revision No. TR -2 <br />Dear Mr. Frantz: <br />On April 27, 2012 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on April 11, 2012, addressing the following: <br />Temporal); Asphalt Batch Plant <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M -2001- <br />033. <br />The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all other provisions of Permit No. M- 2001 -033 <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />Stipulation No. Description <br />1. The temporary Batch Plant will need to be removed and /or dismantled from the permit area 100 days from the <br />date it is set up on the site.
