Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ( CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with the following CDRMS regulation: <br />4.05.9(17) — Examined at least quarterly by a qualified person designated by the operator, for <br />appearance of structural weakness and other hazardous conditions. <br />4.05.9(17) — A copy of the report shall be submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis. <br />The first quarter sediment pond inspection reports were received by the Division on 19 April 2012. <br />Sediment pond inspections were conducted by TCC during the fourth week of March 2012. <br />The culvert from the sediment sump into Pond B was replaced during the quarter. <br />It is noted that no maintenance items were required or conducted, with the exception of clearing grass at <br />the flume of Pond B, additional concrete support at flume of Pond D, clearing grass around the flume of <br />Pond F, clearing cattails at Pond T, and additional aerator at Waste Water Pond 1. <br />The Waste Water Treatment Pond #1, #2, and #3, Pond D, Pond E, Pond B, and the Fish Creek Tipple <br />Pond were discharging at the time of the inspections. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
