I have the following adequacy <br />comments for the operator. <br />GCC Energy, LLC provided an updated Page 1 of Section 2.03.4 that lists the officers of GCC Energy, LLC, but did not <br />update pages 2 and 3, which provide ownership and control information for GCC of America, Inc., and Cementos De <br />Chihuahua S.A. de C.V. The Applicant Violator System (AVS) report for GCC of America, Inc. lists two officers (Steve <br />Zellmer (AVS #246628) — Vice President and Verne Stuessy (AVS #250273) — Vice President) not listed in the currently <br />approved page 2 of Section 2.03.4. Please either provide updated ownership and control information for GCC of <br />America, Inc., or verify that the information on currently approved page 2 is correct. <br />The currently approved page 3 of Section 2.03.4 is consistent with the information in AVS. Unless there have been <br />changes to the corporate structure since this information was approved, no further action will be necessary. Please <br />verify the accuracy of the ownership and control information for Cementos De Chihuahua S.A. de C.V. as currently <br />approved. <br />I have attached a pdf of the AVS report for GCC of America, Inc. Please let me know if you or the operator have <br />questions or need additional information. Again, my apologies for not catching this earlier today when I first reviewed <br />it. <br />Susan L.
