As I mentioned to you
yesterday, the Division's hydrologist, Kent Gorham, will be returning next week, and I will be asking for his assistance in
evaluating the conditions.
In accordance with Rule 5.2.5(4) the Division is in the process of our evaluation. I will notify you when the Division
determines if a violation exists. Thank you for your help, and the help of your family members, during the inspection
yesterday. George Patterson informed me that he will be monitoring the flow in Newlin Creek now that it is running. It
will be interesting to see what happens to the flow at the point that Jack noted in 2011.
I will be out of the office until April 4, 2012.
_) a2 nEt H.
