This
information is noted in March's inspection report which you will most likely receive this coming week.
For your information, as per rule 4.05.9(9), stabilization of all embankments and the surrounding areas shall be
vegetated or stabilized to protect against erosion. Where water will be impounded, the upstream face of the
embankment shall be stabilized to protect against erosion from water or wind action, or sudden drawdown.
Attached are pictures from the Division's November partial inspection and March complete inspection of the noted
erosion around Culver C5. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Zach Trujillo
Environmental Protection Intern
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
303 - 866 -3567 x8164
Zach.TruiiIIo @state.co.us
