Dear Mr. Thorson, Thank you for the prompt response to my last letter, regarding the February 16, 2012 decision date, in which you requested two months additional time to prepare your technical adequacy materials. Your written request for extension included an explanation that several of the technical requirements from the BLM have been revised, requiring significant additional time to prepare. These technical issues for which you are preparing responses also appear to be pertinent to addressing the deficiencies in the NOI we are reviewing, so the extension is justified. Our office has approved your request for a two -month extension. The decision date is reset for April 16, 2012. If you find that the NOI still contains deficiencies on the decision date, please contact me to discuss your progress on these matters and whether another extension is needed. Please submit two sets of all NOI response materials.
