Reclamation estimate is attached. <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING <br />CONST. MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, enclosed is an application for a technical revision <br />for an expansion to Coal Mine Waste Pile #2. The existing hillside to the west of the <br />waste pile will be steepened to a 1.5h:1 v, West Diversion Ditch #2 will be relocated to <br />the toe of the steepened slope, and the waste pile will expand to fill in the void created <br />by steepening the slope. <br />Permit and Affected Area <br />The permit boundary will remain the same. The disturbed and affected area will <br />increase by 1.8 acres. <br />Cultural Resources <br />Appropriate cultural resource surveys have been conducted and are included in the <br />permit in Volume VI. <br />Soils <br />Appropriate soils surveys have been conducted and are included in the permit in <br />Volume III. <br />Vegetation <br />Appropriate vegetation surveys have been conducted and are included in the permit in <br />Volume III. <br />
