MANAGEMENT <br />Please accept this letter as the 2011 Annual Hydrology Report for the Hamilton Mine. This <br />report is for the 2011 calendar year. <br />The DRMS approved the cessation of all hydrologic monitoring through its approval of TR- <br />07 on July 21, 1999. Therefore, the annual hydrology report was not compiled for 2011. <br />Sediment ponds A and B did not discharge during the year. Sediment pond A was <br />reclaimed during December 2010. The monitoring program includes the requirements of <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Industrial General Permit Facility Number COG - 850024 <br />(CDPS Permit). Copies of Quarterly Discharge Monitoring Reports have been provided, <br />under separate cover, to the Division at the same schedule required by the CDPS Permit. <br />They are included in this report by reference. <br />Please call if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
