TECHNICAL REVISION PATTERNED AROUND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS <br />RULE 3.15 (9) <br />OFFSITE MATERIALS FOR RECLAMATION, BACKFILL, (STRUCTUAL FILL) <br />INERT OLD CONCRETE AND ASPHALT <br />( >60 days) <br />TECHNICAL REVISION IS TO REVISE RECLAMATION PLAN <br />December 12, 2011 <br />RULE 3.1.5 (9) <br />9(a) PLEASE REFP,R TO MAP <br />Backfill generated outside of the approved permit area will <br />be stockpiled in the staging and processing area (See map) <br />At the time enough material has been hauled in, the material <br />will be moved to start to fill the mined area. <br />(a) The parallel lines on the map represent the mined area. <br />(b) The depth of mined area is approximately 60 feet deep. <br />(c) A signed affidavit certifying the material is clean and inert <br />as defined in RULE 1.1(20) shall be included with annual map <br />showing amount of fill hauled in. <br />(d) The approximate dates activity may take up to ten years, plus <br />or minus. <br />(e) When the mined area has reached sufficent level, the over- <br />burden and top soil is to be spread over filled area and <br />reseeded in accordance with the mining plan already approved. <br />(f) Dozer spread and packed as the material is moved to the <br />bottom of mined area. <br />(10) In the past ten years, there is no evidence of any drainage <br />AND leaving the mined area. <br />(11) <br />SCANNFp <br />19 2011 <br />J �, <br />
