The <br />revision has been found to conform to the Mineral Leasing Act of February 20, 1920, as amended, <br />for development, production, maximum economic recovery, and to applicable regulations of 43 CFR <br />3480. No modification to the existing Resource Recovery and Protection Plan will be required at <br />this time. <br />
