Dear Mr. Timm Comer:
On December 16, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application
submitted to the Division on November 7, 2011, addressing the following:
Submittal- Process Solution Enhancement Circuit ( "PSE') Liner System Construction.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 64 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M -1980-
244. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M -1980 -244 remain in full force and effect.
DRMS has reviewed this minor change for impacts to the financial warranty. The cost for reclamation of the Process
Solution Enhancement Circuit is included in Amendment 9, Volume VII, Appendix 11. Therefore, no additional financial
warranty for this Technical Revision is necessary. The last revision requiring adjustment to CCV's surplus warranty was
TR -60. The surplus warranty remains at $252,599.00.
