Under the Financial Warranty Information portion of your Transfer of Permit
and Succession of Operators application received by the Division on November 16, 2011, Option B
was selected. This option requires the Division recalculate the required reclamation bond within 60
days of November 23, 2011, when the transfer was completed. The due date for the revised bond
calculation is January 23, 2012. The Division will need to perform a site inspection prior to reviewing
the required reclamation bond. I will be contacting you soon to schedule an inspection.
The Division notes by checking "Yes" on page 3, Item 11L3 of your application, you have verified that
you have legal right of entry to conduct mining and reclamation.
