Red Rock Plant and Mine 112 <br />Construction Materials application. Currently, you have on file a copy of the original <br />application. The attached materials are a supplement to that original application. Please <br />place the attached supplemental materials with the original permit application materials <br />for review by the public, and also hold and please make available all these materials for <br />public review until at least September 2002. This request is made to ensure that the <br />public has an opportunity to review these materials up until the date of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board hearing on August 21, 2002, in Pueblo. <br />Upon receiving and posting the enclosed information for public review, please <br />provide a written receipt for our records and as proof of filing for the Colorado Division <br />of Minerals and Geology and Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
