The revision pertains to the installation of 24" HDPE pipe within the NH1 Mine <br />permit boundary to relocate a portion of the 2 " Lateral Ditch. <br />I have attached a description of the project and a map to show the extent of the ditch relocation in <br />pipes. Please include the text and the map as Attachment 2.05.3(3) -25 in Volume VI of the permit <br />documents after Attachment 2.05.3(3) -24.1 am also enclosing revised binder cover and spine for <br />Volume VI. <br />This project will be starting soon some time in December 2011 and is expected to complete in April <br />2012. An expedited review and approval of this revision will be highly appreciated.
