As part of the approval of TR11, the Division accepted the
Operator's proposal to compare the CEM -004 monitoring well data to drinking water standards
(CDPHE WQCC 1002 -41 Regulation No. 41). The established compliance point for the
groundwater monitoring program is CEM -005; however, if the applied standards for CEM -004
are exceeded, then the Division will work with the Operator to determine if additional sampling
and /or mitigation is required. An exceedance of the applied standards shall be reported in
accordance with Rule 3.1.7(9).
If you have any questions, you may contact me at (303)866 -3567 x8116.
Sincerely,
Michael A.
