Once Lafarge <br />commences mining on this site, a new Ditch Relocation agreement will be signed and <br />distributed to the DRMS. Lafarge is currently in negotiations for an agreement with the <br />Smith and Emmons Ditch Company to relocate a ditch at the Duckworth Pit.. Any work <br />previously completed work on the Ditch was done under the previous agreement and <br />there will be no future work done on this Ditch until a new agreement is in place. No <br />changes to the reclamatioplan will occur at this time. Please accept this statement as a <br />release of the Corrective Action on the Duckworth Pit.
