( "Denison ") is pleased to provide the enclosed correspondence information <br />regarding notices for the Environmental Protection Plan and 112d, for the Sunday Mine. <br />Denison provided public notice to the Norwood Post that was published for 4 consecutive weeks, beginning on <br />August 17, 2011 pursuant to rule 1.6.2.(1)(d). The affidavit of publication is enclosed. <br />By a letter dated August 17, 2011, Denison Notified the Bureau Of Land Management as the owner of Record <br />for both surface and mineral rights as well as the owner of the same within 200 feet of the boundary of the <br />affected properties pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(1)(f). The copy of public notice was also sent to the land and mineral <br />owner, correspondence and tracking information are enclosed. <br />On August 17, 2011, Denison sent formal Notification to the San Miguel County Commissioners, as well as the <br />San Miguel Basin Soil Conservation District, pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(a), correspondence and tracking are <br />enclosed. <br />Finally, on August 9, 2011, Denison provided a complete copy of the 112(d) application amendment as well as <br />the Environmental Protection Plan to the San Miguel County Clerk and Recorder for Public Review, pursuant to <br />rule 1.6.2(1)(c). Correspondence and Tracking information is enclosed. <br />
