The DRMS' letter dated October 20, 2011 transmitted its adequacy review for the
referenced technical revision. On behalf of Minrec, Inc., following are its responses to the
DRMS' comments and concerns.
1. No response required. The reference to tab 4 in note number 10 was changed to
Appendix 4B on the electronic copy of Drawing D -2 -5.
2. Page P -9 -9 was amended as requested by the DRMS. An engineer's certification
was added to page P -9 -9,
