Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Dick Wolfe, P.E. <br />Director /State Engineer <br />CET 0 .2011 <br />• If stormwater is contained on -site, it must infiltrate into the ground or be released to the natural <br />stream system within 72 hours, or all work must cease until a substitute water supply plan, or <br />augmentation plan approved by water court, is obtained which includes said storage. <br />[Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining & Safety <br />▪ The proposed operation will consume ground water by: ® evaporation, ® dust control, <br />❑ reclamation, ❑ water removed in the mined product, ® processing, ❑ other:. <br />As stated in Exhibit E, the applicant shall submit a new well permit application and amendment to <br />the pending substitute water supply plan prior to exposing and subsequent initiation of uses of <br />ground water in Phase 7. <br />• Prior to approving a new well permit, the applicant must conduct a field inspection of the site and <br />document the locations of all wells within 600 feet of the permit area.
