The TR included extensive text changes to the MILLING PLAN of Exhibit C — MINING <br />PLAN, completely replacing the ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERN section, MILL UTILITIES section, <br />and TAILINGS DISPOSAL section with the sections attached to this letter. The MINE PLAN section <br />(Hopemore Shaft) and the MILLING PLAN DUST CONTROL section, ORE STOCKPILES section, and <br />DRAINAGE CONTROL sections remain unchanged in this TR submittal. Additionally, four (4) Exhibits <br />were added to Exhibit E; TSF -01, TSF -02, TSF -03 and TSF -04. <br />The TR is for an active 110(2) permit and in accordance with Rule 1.5.3, no fees are required for filing a <br />TR. <br />Following the initial TR submittal, the TR has undergone several rounds of questions and answers. The <br />refinements to the document and answers to the questions have been incorporated into the initial TR. <br />This document, with attached Appendices and Exhibits, includes the changes since the original June 6, <br />2011 submittal. <br />Mr. Michael Elder has prepared the TR submittal.
