Please note that the <br />first notice went to a bad address. The second attempt followed the address from a <br />recent but unrelated submittal on a return green card as shown in the submittal copy. A <br />green card did not make it back for the second attempt, but the certified mailing shows <br />the second attempt was properly labeled and sent. It is not uncommon according to the <br />U.S. Postal Service for green card returns to become lost in transit. We believe all <br />necessary notifications have been made as provided under this correspondence. <br />This should satisfy this part of the Amendment requirement.
