Permit No M -1976 -018, Financial Warranty Reduction Request <br />C <br />P 08 <br />oiviza <br />On behalf of Leroy and Peggy Bellmore, dba North Weld Gravel RLLP, we would like to reduce the <br />financial warranty required at the mining site located on the East 'h Northeast Vs Section 7, Township <br />8 North, Range 65 West of the 6 P.M. in Weld County, Colorado (parcel number 0551-07-0-00 - <br />018). <br />North Weld Gravel has withdrawn their application to Weld County to increase their production rate <br />and would like to continue operating- under the existing, approved Weld. County Conditional Use <br />Permit authorizing a production rate up. to 70,000 tons per year Based on this lower level of <br />production; the $39;000 financial warranty is more than would be required to reclaim the site <br />The enclosed spreadsheet details our revised cost to reclaim the site, and results in atotal estimated <br />bond amount of $13,527. Assumptions were made regarding a fleet size of 1 vehicle, initial volume, <br />of 10,000 cubic yards, and scraper, acreage of 5 acres. Unit rates shown are the same as those used in <br />the existing bond calculations.
