Box 430 <br />Nucla, Colorado 81424 <br />Re: J -Bird Mine, Permit No. M- 2005 -050, Submission of Technical Revision TR -02. <br />Dear Mr. Chiles, <br />Sincerely, <br />Mined Land Reclamation <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety has received Rimrock's Technical Revision <br />request, TR -02 for the J -Bird Mine. The revision request is to address inconsistencies in regard <br />to the general mine plan versus on the ground conditions as noted during the regular inspection <br />conducted on June 28, 2011. The submission of the TR abates the problem noted in that <br />inspection. Also the TR addresses final location of additional monitor wells required up gradient <br />of proposed underground operations. <br />Per Rule 1.9.1, the office shall act on. a TR application within thirty (30) days.
