The applicant has submitted an <br />application to amend that special use permit. Similar to the amendment you are <br />possessing, the SUP amendment is to change the post mining land use from unlined <br />ponds and wildlife habitat to developed water storage. Note, however, that the <br />Special Use Permit Amendment, if approved, is only to clear the way for the <br />applicant to move forward with additional Pueblo County permitting requirements. <br />The applicant will be required to process an application pursuant to Pueblo County's <br />Regulations for Areas and Activities of State and Local Interest (aka 1041 <br />Regulations) prior to establishing developed water storage on the subject <br />properties.
