This request is to allow the Division sufficient <br />time to review the TR submission's regulatory issues, operational changes and longer term operational <br />phases while initiating action in accordance with the Letter of Clarification of August 15, 2011. <br />Thank you for meeting with UMC staff and Calais Resources staff on Thursday, August 11, 2011, to <br />allow UMC and the Division to coordinate the path forward on the review and approval of Technical <br />Revision #3. <br />Please contact me directly for additional information or clarification to this document.
