The Colorado Division of Wildlife would like to thank the Division of Reclamation,
Mining, and Safety for the opportunity to review and provide recommendations on the
Sand and Gravel Mine Permit No. M- 2004 -013 in Pueblo County.
After reviewing the maps and documents for the mining location District Wildlife
Manager Jeremiah Johnson and the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife feels that the
impacts on wildlife will be minimal if the mining takes place as described in the
application.
