Sediment pond inspections were conducted by TMI between June 4 and June 21, 2011.
From the inspection reports, one inconsistency was noted. For the Coyote Pond, the inspection report says that the
accumulated sediment is minimal However, the capacity data table indicates that there are 39 acre -feet of sediment in
the pond. Please clarify this item via letter or e-mail (Rob.Zuber @state.co.us).
If you have any questions feel free to contact me at (303) 866 -3567, extension 8113.
Robert Zuber, P.E.
Environmental Protection Specialist
Office of
Mined Land Reclamation
STATE OF COLORADO
COLORADO
D I V I S I O N O F
RECLAMATION
MINING
— &—
SAF ETY
John W.
