Box 628 <br />Creede, CO 81130 <br />Re: Bulldog Mine Operation, Permit No. M- 1977 -215, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR -16 <br />Dear Mr. Egolf: <br />On July 26, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on July 18, 2011, addressing the following: <br />Install a temporary monitoring well into existing Bulldog adit. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 16 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M -1977- <br />215. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M- 1977 -215 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated reclamation costs of this technical revision are $4,646.00. Therefore, the revised total estimated liability <br />amount of $16,149.00 exceeds the $11,503.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not already done so, please <br />submit additional bond in the amount of $4,646.00. The revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the <br />Division. <br />The proper bond forms may be found on the Division's website: www.mining.state.co.us /.
