The Technical Revision was received <br />and called complete for review on July 6, 2011. The decision date for this application is August <br />5, 2011. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns <br />identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to request an <br />extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not been <br />adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been <br />requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />6.4.7 Exhibit G — Water Information <br />1. Please confirm if your current discharge permit covers the additional discharge points <br />associated with the dewatering of Tract C. If the current discharge permit does not cover the <br />additional dewatering points, then you must commit to obtaining a revised CDPS General <br />Permit authorizing the addition of outfalls and submitting the revised permit to the Division <br />prior to commencing dewatering of Tract C. <br />2. The Applicant has stated two discharge points may be used to dewater Tract C. Please clarify <br />the location of the discharge points and revise the Mining Plan Map as needed. In addition, <br />please describe the dewatering set -up in detail. <br />3. The Applicant has stated groundwater will be discharged into the pond immediately north of <br />Tract C.
