Thank you <br />for your timely submittal of this report. The original disturbed area at the North Thompson Creek <br />Mine was 65.2 acres. Of this area all of the acreage has undergone a Phase I and a Phase II Bond <br />Release. An additional 61.1 acres have undergone a Phase III Bond Release. The remaining 4.1 <br />acres are in long -term facilities or have been reclaimed for 10 years or less. These facilities have <br />been approved a permanent, in support of the approved post - mining land use.
