Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />The current review period will close on August 23, 2011. On or before August 23, 2011, the <br />Division will issue its recommendation on CN -01. The Division's recommendation on CN -01 is <br />to the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The Board will consider the application, with objections, <br />during the September 14 —15, 2011, Board meeting. <br />Pursuant to the Joint Stipulation between the Division and Wildcat Mining Corporation, Wildcat <br />must respond to all adequacy issues no later than two weeks prior to the close of the review <br />period. As noted above, the review period will close on August 23, 2011.
