Box 68 <br />Empire, Colorado 80438 <br />RE: Climax Molybdenum; Red Mountain Exploration Drilling; File No. P -2011 -014 <br />.Notice of Receipt of NOI Application <br />Dear Mr. Katz: <br />On June 29, 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received Notice of Intent <br />(N01) to Conduct Prospecting Operations for Hard Rock /Metal Mines applications from Climax <br />Molybdenum, File No. P- 2011 -014. The Division posted the non - confidential (Form 2) application on <br />the Office website on July 1, 2011. <br />In accordance with Rule 5.1.3, any public comment or requested for disclosure of information <br />designated as confidential regarding the NOI must be received by the Office no later than ten (10) <br />working days after the notice was posted on the Office website (July 18, 2011). <br />Per Rule 5.1.3(a), the Division has twenty (20) working days to determine if any deficiencies exist <br />within the application. A financial warranty was not submitted with the NOI.
