Please <br />review the attached memorandum from Tim Cazier enclosed with this correspondence. <br />Also, the last page of the application (p. U -5) includes Table 3 -1 from Huang. Please submit a copy of <br />the full reference (i.e., title, year, etc.) with United Companies response to the stormwater review. <br />This is a preliminary review. Other issues may arise from other agency comments, and as more <br />information is supplied. This application cannot be approved until all issues brought forth by Division <br />staff are adequately addressed. Please submit a response to the following issues as soon as possible, but <br />no later than July 10, 2011 so the decision due date set July 21, 2011 can be met.
