Dear Mrs. Binns: Enclosed please find two copies of Minor Revision (MR) 109. MR-109 revises Map 22A with a new GPS repeater relocation. As was discussed during the last Division inspection on May 25, 2011 this GPS repeater needs to be relocated to have a direct line of site from Colowyo's maintenance area to provide GPS data to equipment working in the South Taylor Pit. All topsoil will be windrowed as we discussed and all surface runoff will be directed to the pit. This additional disturbance will be approximately 1.5 acres, and all disturbance will be captured and reported in the 2011 Annual Reclamation Report. MR-109 also updates Map 28A to include two topsoil piles (17D and 17E) at the Gossard Loadout facility that were not previously published on Map 28A. These piles were identified to be missing from Map 28A during the Office of Surface Mining (OSM) and the Divisions inspection on May 24, 2011. Topsoil volumes for both piles will be summarized in the 2011 Annual Reclamation Report. Also included is a revision application and an index sheet to ease incorporation into the permit application.
