Pineda <br />Director <br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve <br />a renewal application for a coal mining and reclamation permit. The application was submitted by McClane <br />Canyon Mining, LLC on December 3, 2010, for the McClane Canyon Mine. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication of this notice by the <br />Division in the The Daily Sentinel. <br />The underground mine is located approximately 19 miles north of Loma, Colorado. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br />Portions of Sections 15, 16, 21, 22, 27, and 28, T7S, R102W, 6th PM, all in Garfield County <br />Copies of the renewal application are available for public review in the Division offices at the above address a>ad at <br />the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder.
