On May 19, 2011, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for release of
a portion of the permit area (Parcel "I") from further reclamation responsibility. Be aware that the Division must
wait 30 days to allow for public comment/objections to this decision before it is finalized.
The permit area was reduced through the release of 39.60 acres in this permit action. Because the permit is not
totally released, you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees.
