GG <br />Rocky Ford, CO 81067 DLoretta irector <br />Re: Rough Cut Pit, Permit No. M-2001-033, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Mr. Frantz: <br />On May 18, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on April 29, 2011, addressing the following: <br />Increase the maximum allowed affected land to 45 acres. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2001- <br />033. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2001-033 remain in full force and effect. Additional land <br />beyond 45 acres cannot be affected until a portion of land has been reclaimed and release by the Division, or another <br />Technical Revision has been submitted and approved by the Division and the Financial Warranty adjusted accordingly. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />ared L.
