The <br />revision was called complete on May 12, 2011 and issued the decision on the same date. <br />The mine operator proposes to add concrete and asphalt slabs next to the Coal Processing Plant on top of <br />the Lower Refuse Pile. <br />This revision is available for review at the Gunnison County Planning Department, 201 E.
