Thanks for the update. Colowyo has been working on the bond for the past week and we anticipate that piece of
the package will be complete sometime this Wednesday. Tom and his group will then shift back to finishing up
the sediment control materials and responses. Tom anticipates that by next Wednesday he and his team should
be able to generate the updated work products necessary to answer these comments. Brant Dennis is working
on the spoil spring issues, etc. and we should have finalized responses for those comments by the end of
business next Tuesday. I've been working through many of the text related comments and will be finished with
those before the other technical materials are completed. Obviously we would like to have Marcia's comments
as soon as possible so we can proceed with plotting as many of the updated maps as soon as we can. If
