The objective is to
rapidly reduce concentrations of uranium and other metals in mine pool water, reduce the
leaching potential of the inundated wall rock within the mine workings, and significantly reduce
any associated potential for water quality impacts to Ralston Creek or other waters of the State.
Please also find enclosed a check in the amount of $1,006 to cover the Technical Revision fee.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 719-275-7413 (Ext. 202).
Sincerely,
0,
Hamrick
VP, Milling Operations
cc: Mike Harris, WQCD
Enclosure
Cotter Corporation Telephone (719) 275-7413
Canon City Mill, P.O.
