Pineda <br />Lyons, CO 80540 Director <br />RE: Barnard Quarries; DRMS File No. M-1996-079; (AM-O1) Adequacy Review - 02 <br />Dear Mr. Barnard, <br />Listed below are the Division's second adequacy review comments for the Barnard Quarries 110 <br />Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application. The Decision date for this <br />application is May 30, 2011. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address <br />any concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility <br />to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not <br />been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been <br />requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />6.3.4 Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan <br />The Division prepared a reclamation cost estimate for the Barnard Quarries. The Division <br />estimates the cost to reclaim the site is $22,000. A copy of the cost estimate is included for <br />your review. <br />Please remember that the decision date for this application is May 30, 2011. As previously <br />mentioned, if you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this <br />date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued <br />review of this application.
