Barton - Wasteline, Inc., (605) 390-7255 <br />Sections 22 & 27, Twp 38N, Rng 14W, N.M.P.M., Montezuma County <br />CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />® The proposed operation will consume ground water by: ® evaporation, ® dust control, <br />? reclamation, ® water removed in the mined product, ® processing (washing), ? other:. <br />® Other: The applicant shall follow the conditions of approval as set forth in both Permit No. 57737-F <br />and any substitute water supply plan approved by this office for Line Camp Pit. <br />COMMENTS: The operation appears to be located in parts of Sections 22 & 27, Twp 38N (identified as <br />Twp 33N in the Notice), Rng 14W, N.M.P.M. (referred to as 10`h Prime Meridian in the Notice), according <br />to information available to this office. Permit No. 57737-F was issued to Four States Aggregates, LLC on <br />6/26/2002 to expose water in a pit for uses limited to evaporation, water lost in mined product, sand and <br />gravel washing, and dust control. A condition of the permit requires the pit be included in a substitute water <br />supply plan approved by the State Engineer or a plan for augmentation approved by the Water Court.
