Pineda <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502 Director <br />Re: 15 Road Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-2002-114, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-4'/ <br />Dear Mr. Kearl: <br />On April 28, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) approved the Technical <br />Revision application submitted to the Division on April 7, 2011, addressing the following: <br />Revision to mine plan phase order, specifically, mine Mining Area 4 prior to Mining Area 3. v <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2002-114. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2002-114 remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $461,532.67 was recently calculated and is adequate at this time.
