<br />M-2001-001 with the Colorado
<br />Mined Land Reclamation
<br />Board under provisions of the
<br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act
<br />for the Extraction of Construction
<br />Minerals. The proposed mine is
<br />known as the Line Camp Pit and
<br />is located in Section 22, Tier 38N,
<br />Range 14W, 10th (New Mexico)
<br />P.M.
<br />The operation commenced in
<br />2003, and the proposed date of
<br />completion is September 30th,
<br />2025. The proposed future use of
<br />the land is pastureland and devel-
<br />oped water resource. Additional
