We would like to continue mining area 4 before we begin
mining area 3. The proposed change in the mining sequence is more efficient.
To prevent this from happening in the future, I have begun to incorporate our mining supervisor
into the permitting process so that we can have a mining plan that makes sense to the field
personnel and not just our consultant hired to write our permit.
Attached is a check for the Technical Revision fee for Permit No. M-2002-114. If you have
any questions or concerns regarding this request, do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,

Peter M. Kearl
Resource/Environmental Manager
