Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received by e-mail two <br />concurrence letters for the Partial Phase I Bond Release (SL-4) for the Bear No. 3 Mine. The first letter, <br />dated April 11, 2011, is from the Bureau of Land Management to the Office of Surface Mining. The <br />second letter, dated April 19, 2011, is from the USDA-Forest Service to the Division.
