Request for removal of area from permitted area <br /> <br />Stone Sand & Gravel LLC is requesting the removal of 0.30 acres, as described below <br />and shown on the attached map, from the Permitted Area of Line Camp Pit, <br />Reclamation Permit/File No. M-2001-001. <br />Reason: <br />The pipeline and outfall allowing lowering the water level in the ponds <br />during and after mining was installed in the extreme south "tail" of the <br />permit area; no further work is to be done in this 0.30 acre area and it has <br />been returned to the landowner, who will control water levels in <br />coordination with mining and other activities. The pipeline from Pond #4, <br />and the outfall to the Dolores River is permanent and remains after all <br />mining and reclamation.
